General Rules & Regulations

1)    Institute gives more importance to regular and punctual attendance by student for PCP classes & Practicals.

2)    The minimum attendance as per PCP classes given above is compulsory.

3)    Change of address : Notice for change of address should be given in the office in writing immediately.

4)    Use of Mobile in PCP Classes & Practical is strictly prohibited.

5)    Recommendation of student application to appear for examination will depend upon : Attendance to PCP classes & Good conduct & completion of fees in prescribed time.

6)    Issue of hall ticket may be with held if student fails to return library books / any institute dues.

7)    No society, union or association of students be formed in the institute and no outsider should be invited to address student without the principals previous written permission 

8)     No student is allowed to become a member of any private association, Union, or Society.

9)    No student shall sign any application or form on behalf of other student.

10)    One should handle the Institute property carely any damage to institute property by any student will be recovered from the responsible one & will be punished for negligence.

11)    When student is in need of any certificate from office he should apply for the same well in advance.

12)    Admission cannot be claimed as right by student. All rights concern to admission or any thing in this Prospect is reserved with the head of Institute.

13)    Different Courses are affiliated with different Universities. So, Please confirm about affiliating authority of every course of interest before applying for admission.

14)    Affiliating Authority of any course will be finalized by head of institute & may be changed at any time in due course without assigning any reason & without any notice. Subject to Change in Provision, rules, regulation, terms, conditions of University / Govt. & institute will not be responsible for any loss or no any compensation can be claimed against institute in such situation.

15)    We don’t undertake unnecessary correspondence regarding rules, regulations, Terms, conditions, Duration of course / courses, exam dates or any Notice / information from university / any higher or lower authority / institute. Etc. read this prospect carefully before you apply for admission in any course. Every information / correspondence / notice will be displayed on Institute notice board / website / common Email address & it is strictly binding & compulsory to students to see the institute notice board, website & common Email address regularly & institute will not be responsible for missing any notice / correspondence any important date relating fees / exam date / PCP classes / any thing related to institute / University however students must regularly visit University website & keep themselves updated about every notice / information etc.

16)    The University / Pride institute has right of not to conduct or windup any course / courses if No. of admitted candidates is below expectation & also has right to windup or close any course in running session without assigning any reason & Pride Institute / University / trust / Management of Institute will not be responsible for any loss or compensation in such case.

17)    After filling university Examination forms, Work of Institute is over & institute will not be responsible for Conduct of examination, Declaration of result in time, issue of mark sheet, award of certificate etc. is sole responsibility of University & institute will be in no way held responsible for any inconvenience in such matters. Or institute will not be responsible for any loss & no any compensation can be claimed against institute in this matter.

18)    After submission of examination form to University work Of institute is over & after that candidate is personally responsible for all things & he should Deal or communicate  with university on his own with his enrollment No. however mutual support will be provided from institute as due care of candidate & not as duty.

19)    Fees once paid will not be refunded, transferred, or adjusted in any circumstances, cheques will not be accepted.

20)    Admission under any scholarship scheme will be forwarded only as an when institute fees are received through scholarship, till then admission form will be pending and as soon as fees are received through scholarship, candidates admission form will be forwarded to University & enrolled in that current running session which & what ever it may be.

21)    All rights concern to anything belonging to this prospect / information booklet / Institute are reserved with head of institute & legal jurisdiction for all legal procedures will be JAYSINGPUR DIST. KOLHAPUR (MAHARASHTRA).

22)    If you are not agreed with our rules, regulations, terms, conditions & if you are not satisfied with information given in this prospectus / Information Book let Please do not apply for admission.    

Note

1)      Granting or Rejecting Scholarship to any candidate is sole power of Principal /     Director Pride without assigning any reason.

2)      The Original Certificates of Qualifying Exam passing Certificate & Mark sheets should be produced at the time Of admission which will be returned after University Verification.
